Maria writes: "I grew up in the Antelope Valley-Lancaster, CA near Edward's Air Force Base where these encounters are quite common.  I myself had an experience a few times.  I recall when I was about 18 or 19, I was riding a public bus and saw someone's face shapeshift.  I just thought it was my imagination.  When I would see him from the corner of my eye, his face started to droop and display a strange look almost like those characters from the old MAD magazine you know the Spy vs. Spy shape face.  When I would look directly at him, his face would contort and return to normal.  It was about 13 years later that I started hearing stories about this and it made me really think hard about the subject. "

November 26, 2005 - Special Anja Edition. "Terracotta Idol From Pristina, Jugoslavia. Height 18 cm. Third century B.C. Museum, Pristina. The head is nearly half lifesize. The back side is undecorated. Nose and eyes are radically stylized. On account of its size and remarkable quality, the work is generally considered to be one of the most important documents of Late Stone-Age art.
